Service terms

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Provider: Alessio Bonassisa and Edoardo Garabagiu, who run HolySN together as private individuals ("we", "us").

Contact: support@holysn.com

These terms cover the HolySN browser extension, the holysn.com website, and the server features the extension talks to. Installing the extension, creating an account or buying a plan means you accept them. If you accept on behalf of an employer, you are saying you may bind them.

What HolySN is

A browser extension for people who work on ServiceNow instances. It runs in your browser, acts through your own ServiceNow session, and can do what your roles already allow. It is not a ServiceNow product, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by ServiceNow, Inc.

Your licence

You may install and use the extension on the machines you work from, for as long as these terms are kept. You may not resell it, rent it out, pass it off as your own, or strip the notices from it. You may not use it to reach an instance you have no right to reach.

Your account

Some features need an account: sync between your machines, the assistant, the shelf, messages and Pro. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what is done through your account is done by you. One account is for one person. You can delete it at any time from Account, Security on holysn.com.

Your instance, your responsibility

The extension acts as you. Anything it writes, runs or deletes is your action on your instance, under your roles and your organisation's rules. Read what a script does before you run it, and keep the update set discipline your organisation expects. We do not review the scripts you write, the records you touch, or the permissions your instance grants you.

The shelf

The shelf is where HolySN users share scripts and wildcards with each other. What is on it is written by the person who published it, not by us. We do not review it or test it, and we do not promise that it works, that it is safe, or that it suits your instance.

A script from the shelf runs with your roles, on the instance you use it on. Some also carry a front-end or a trigger that runs in your browser on ServiceNow pages. Before you install one, read what it does, and try it first on an instance where a mistake costs nothing. The extension asks you to confirm this before every install.

If you publish to the shelf, you confirm that you have the right to share what you publish, and that it holds no credentials, no customer data and nothing meant to cause harm. We may take down anything that breaks these terms. Anybody who already installed it keeps their copy.

Plans and payment

HolySN has a Free plan and two paid plans, Plus and Pro. What each includes is on the pricing page.

  • Plus costs the price shown at checkout, currently €8 a month in the euro area, £7 in the United Kingdom and $9 elsewhere, or less by the year as the pricing page shows, plus tax where the law requires it.
  • Pro costs the price shown at checkout, currently €14 a month in the euro area, £12 in the United Kingdom and $16 elsewhere, or less by the year as the pricing page shows, plus tax where the law requires it. The assistant is part of Pro.
  • Billing. The currency follows the country you pay from. A paid plan is billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, as you choose at checkout, and renews at the end of each month or year until you cancel.
  • Changing plan. You can move between Plus and Pro from Manage subscription, and keep the same billing period. Moving to Pro charges the difference for the rest of the period at once; moving to Plus leaves it as credit on your next invoice.
  • Monthly to yearly. You can move a monthly plan to yearly from Manage subscription. You pay the yearly price at once, less a credit for the part of the month you have not used, and the plan then renews once a year from that day. A yearly plan runs to the end of its year and does not move back to monthly part way through; you can cancel its renewal and subscribe monthly once it ends.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Manage subscription on holysn.com. Your plan then stays on until the end of the month or year you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
  • The first 14 days. You can cancel a new subscription within 14 days from the date you subscribed, or within 14 days from the date you moved it to yearly. If you do, and you are eligible, you receive a prorated refund for the part of the period you did not use.
  • Extra assistant usage can be bought on Pro when the monthly allowance runs out. The allowance is monthly on yearly Pro too. Extra usage is added to the current month, is charged once, and does not carry over to the next month.
  • Devices. Plus and Pro work in up to three browsers, two of them at a time. You can move a seat from one browser to another under Account, Security.
  • Prices are shown before anything is charged, and no charge is taken without a purchase you make. If we change the price of a plan, we tell you before it applies, and it applies from the next renewal, never to a month or year you have already paid for.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
  • If a charge is wrong, tell us and we will correct it.

The Pro trial

A trial code, redeemed on holysn.com under Account, Redeem code, turns Pro on for five days, with a limited allowance for the assistant. It costs nothing and asks for no payment details. When the five days end the account goes back to Free on its own; nothing renews and nothing is charged.

Each account can have one trial, and only an account that has never had Pro can redeem one. A code can have a limited number of uses and an end date, and we may withdraw a code that has not yet been redeemed. Creating accounts to take more than one trial breaks these terms.

Fair use

The free tools run in your browser and cost us nothing to run, so there is no quota on them. The features that reach a server, such as the assistant and the sync of your saved scripts, are shared capacity with a monthly allowance. Use them the way a person works, not the way a machine loops: no automated bulk calling, no reselling access, no one account shared by a team. If usage from one account starts to affect other people, we may slow it down or ask you to move to a plan that fits, and we will say so before we do anything.

What we do not promise

The extension is provided as it is. We do not promise it is free of defects, that it fits a particular purpose, or that it will keep working when ServiceNow changes something it depends on. Nothing here excludes liability that the law does not let us exclude, and nothing here takes away the rights a consumer has under the law of their country.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data, lost profit, lost time, or damage to an instance arising from your use of the extension. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending it

You can stop using the extension at any time, remove it from your browser and delete your account. We can end your access if these terms are broken, or if the law requires it. If we end a paid plan without cause, you get back the part you paid for and did not use.

Changes

We can change these terms. A change that matters is announced on this page with a new date at the top, and for a paid plan it takes effect at the next renewal, not in the middle of a period you have paid for.

Law

These terms are governed by Italian law. A dispute goes to the court that is competent under Italian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can always bring a claim before the court of the place where you live.

Questions about these terms go to support@holysn.com.
